I joyfully declare that I know that God The Father lives. I know that He is our loving Heavenly Father and desires joy and happiness for all of his children. I know that He created a plan of happiness, even a plan of salvation, through which we might return to His presence to live with Him in a “state of never-ending happiness.” (Mosiah 2:41)
I know that Jesus Christ is the only Begotten Son of The Father. He is our Savior and Redeemer. I know that Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, and the life (John 13:15), and that there is no other name under Heaven by which salvation is granted (Mosiah 5:8). He is our advocate with the Father (Moroni 7:28), our Mediator, and the Author and the Finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). How grateful I am for the knowledge of a loving, caring, perfectly understanding Savior, who condescended below all things so that He might know how to perfectly succor and heal God’s children (Alma 7:12).
I know that God The Father and His Son Jesus Christ appeared to the boy prophet, Joseph Smith, in answer to a humble prayer seeking to know the truths of Heaven. Through that humble farm boy, Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ restored the true New Testament Church of Jesus Christ back to the Earth with all its tenant blessings, including priesthood authority, covenants, ordinances, and ongoing revelations. This is the “restitution of all things” (Acts 3:21) as prophesied by ancient prophets. The restoration of The Gospel of Jesus Christ is ongoing.
I know The Book of Mormon is a powerful and true witness of Jesus Christ. It stands as a prophesied companion to the Bible (Ezekiel 37:19, Isaiah 29:11-12,14) in establishing the testimony of Christ as The Savior and Redeemer of the world.
I know that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is God’s true Church and Kingdom on the earth today. It is led by a living prophet and apostles under His direction. I know that the work of salvation and exaltation continue to bless the lives of individuals and families throughout the earth. We invite all to come unto Christ, The Holy One of Israel, to partake of His goodness and to rejoice in His glorious Gospel. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen

I have a testimony of God's plan of happiness for each of his children. His love is so great that he created a plan for his children to come and learn and grow and eventually return to live with him. I testify of Jesus Christ and his central role in the plan of happiness. He is the Savior and Redeemer of the world. He came to earth and lived a perfect life and overcame sin and death through his atonement and sacrifice. His atonement is real and it’s the way through which we can overcome all of life’s trials and return to live with our Heavenly Father. I testify that the Holy Ghost is a companion that guides and directs us on our mortal journey. He is the comforter and provides us with peace throughout our journey here on earth. I testify that this is God's true church. God has called prophets to guide us and direct in these latter days. Joseph smith was the first prophet of the restoration. Russell m Nelson is the living prophet today. I testify that the Book of Mormon is scripture from God that brings us closer to Christ. His holy word found in the Bible and Book of Mormon and modern-day scripture teaches us of Jesus Christ and testifies of his divine roll. God the father and his son Jesus Christ love us each individually and will help us and guide us on our mortal journey.

I know that we have a Heavenly Father, who lives and loves us each individually. I know his plan brings us to earth and provides the conditions and destiny of our eternal journey. I know that Jesus Christ is our savior and redeemer, whose teachings explain our Heavenly Fathers plan and his Atonement gives us the knowledge that eternal life is possible through him. I know that he appeared with the Father to the Prophet Joseph Smith to restore the fulness of the gospel in these latter days. And I know that we are led today by a prophet today, President Russell M. Nelson, who leads us and guides us through these difficult times. I know that we have temples on the earth today where saving ordinances are performed that are necessary for us to progress toward eternal life. I know the Book of Mormon was translated by the Prophet Joseph Smith and is true and was preserved for these latter days. I know when we read from this book our lives are blessed and we stay closer to our Father in Heavenly and His Son, and this I testify of in the scared name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
