Stake Youth

I know that the gospel has been restored on the earth today with our sweet Prophet leading the way back to our Heavenly Father. I’m thankful for our leaders and their council. I know that God hears my prayers. Sometimes my answers are slow to come, but in time, I find peace in not having all the answers right now. I know that when I listen and ask often for the guidance of the Holy Ghost, I am prompted in the things I need to do. I know that I am forgiven often by the wonderful blessing of repentance. I know that God is in the details of our lives and He wants us to have joy. I know that when life is hard and not going the way we hoped or planned for, when we turn to Him, we can find peace and comfort in our trials. I know we can all do hard things. I know that nothing is impossible with Christ. I know the Temple is the house of the Lord where I feel peace and refuge from the world. I know that when I have gratitude in my heart and look outside myself, I am the most happy. I know the scriptures are true and teach me about who Jesus Christ is. Scripture stories teach me to learn from the prophets of old. I know the gospel brings all things good into my life. I am most thankful for my family and know that families are forever. Knowing that the sealing power is real brings peace to me as loved ones are lost in this life. The blessings of the Priesthood have been part of my life since I was born; I know that the Priesthood power of God is real and I am thankful for it. The gospel means everything to me and serving the youth is such a joy in my life. I am blessed to work with and know such valiant Latter-Day-Saints. I love to learn and grow in the gospel and look forward continued service in the church.     -Sister Barth
